As a pet owner, making decisions about aftercare can be overwhelming. We are available to help guide you through this time. Being pet people, we sympathize with you during this time, and we’re here to help you make the best decision for you and your beloved pet.
Aftercare Services
You have choices.
We will go to their location and place your pet in our care (no charge...ever). Just ask them and the staff will notify The Pet Memorial when your loved pet is ready for us.
Or, you always have the option of bringing your pet to us yourself. We ask if it will be before or after our regular hours (11 am - 2 pm Monday - Friday), to please notify us (505-330-0761) so we will have time to arrive at the office to meet you.
Care & Availability
We know this is a very difficult time, and we appreciate your trust in us to help with aftercare decisions. We offer you our sympathies and kindness as you move forward with your grieving process. The wait for your pet to be returned to you can seem agonizingly long – we understand. We are pet people, and we want you to know you can reach out to us – anytime – during this process. Within two to three days your pet will be returned home to you in the urn of your choice, or a velvet bag. Our office is quiet and comforting, and if you need time to grieve, reflect, or talk our office space is available for you.
