The wait for your pet to be returned to you can seem agonizingly long – we understand. We are pet people, and we want you to know you can reach out to us – anytime – during this process. Within two to three days your pet will be returned home to you in the urn of your choice, or a velvet bag. Our office is quiet and comforting, and if you need time to grieve, reflect, or talk our office space is available for you.
